Radames Culqui

Rad has over 18 years of professional architectural experience ranging in myriad project types - institutional, hospitality, commercial, and residential. Rad provides a comprehensive approach to project delivery, being seasoned in every phase from pre-design through construction administration.  

Rad earned his B.Arch at California Polytechnic at Pomona with a year spent abroad in Italy. He earned his Master’s Degree in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University in New York.

Rad has worked in architectural offices in New York City, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara and is a licensed architect in California.
